Q: What types of coffee do you offer?

A: We offer Fairtrade certified and Organic Coffee beans. 


 

Q:Do you offer ground coffee?

A:No, we do not currently offer our coffee ground.

 

 

Q: How do I choose the right coffee for me?

A: We recommend starting with our introduction pack that includes Both LENO Blends. This allows you to try different types of coffee and discover your preferences. You can also read our coffee descriptions and flavor notes to help you choose the right coffee for your taste.  


 

Q: Where do you source your coffee from?

A: We source our coffee from farmers and cooperatives in south and central America. Our main focus is on sustainable and ethical practices. As all our coffee is Fairtrade certified, We are guarantee to ensure Fairtrade guidelines and practices throw out all the process chain 


 

Q: What is Fairtrade? 

Fairtrade is a social movement that aims to provide fair prices, better working conditions, and support to small farmers and workers in developing countries. Fairtrade has many advantages that benefit producers, consumers and the environment 


 

Q: How does FairTrade benefit farmers and workers? 

A: Fair Trade Certified coffee Ensures that farmers receive fair prices for their coffee beans, allowing them to invest in their farms and communities. Promotes sustainability by requiring farmers to follow environmentally-friendly farming practices and providing incentives for sustainable practices. Ensures that workers on coffee farms are treated fairly, with safe working conditions and fair wages. Encourages democratic decision-making by allowing farmers to have a voice in how their cooperatives are run and how profits are distributed. Help small-scale farmers compete in the global marketplace and improve their livelihoods.


 

Q: Is FairTrade certified coffee really better for the environment?

A:   Fair Trade Certified coffee has certain requirements for environmental sustainability throughout the entire production chain, such as prohibiting the use of certain pesticides, promoting reforestation, and encouraging soil conservation practices. By adhering to these standards, Fair Trade Certified coffee helps minimize the negative environmental impact of coffee production.


 

Q: What does Bio Organic Coffee mean?

A: Bio-organic coffee is a type of coffee that is grown using organic farming methods without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or other harmful chemicals. Instead, bio-organic coffee relies on natural and sustainable farming practices to promote soil health, conserve water, and reduce pollution.

 

Q: What is the difference between Arabica and Robusta beans?

A: Arabica and Robusta are two different species of coffee beans that are commonly used in the production of coffee. The main differences between Arabica and Robusta beans include their taste, caffeine content, and growing conditions. 


 

Q: How should I store my coffee?

It is best to store coffee in a cool dark place

Q: What should I do if my order has not arrived yet?

A:Once shipped your order is placed into the care of HFD. If an order does not reach you within the estimated time frame please Contact us at contact@lenocoffee.com.

 

Q: Can I purchase a Gift card as a present for someone I care about? 

A: Yes. We offer our LENO Gift card with the amount you choose. 

The Gift card is valid for life until used.
